DESCRIPTION: Has the US Compost Council Seal of Testing Assurance. This compost is made by combining turkey manure, cotton gin mote, and small wood chip binding agents. The ingredients are composted under cover for 3-4 months with the moisture and air content closely monitored. The compost is then cured for several months at temperatures ranging from 135-150 degrees to help eliminate weed seeds and pathogens.

PH range: 6.6-7.2

An excellent choice for both the construction of new lawns and renovation of established lawns, as well as in building of shrub beds. Incorporating compost helps to eliminate compacted soils in your yards, allowing better plant or grass growth.

Each plant, grass, seed, lawn and environments are different, and the following are guidelines. You need to make your own decisions with your own research or consult with a professional landscaper on your specific soil needs.

Before ordering or picking up and soils, compost, etc. make sure you understand what you are getting and whatever is best for your plants/grass, etc.. because our goal is to have a satisfied customer.

We recommend to “TILL” all soils into your existing soil for best results. If your plants, seed, lawn need a specific mix, please contact our office as we can make most all specialty blends with advanced notice with our products.

Specialty blends will need to be paid in advance and no refunds or returns.
