DESCRIPTION: PermaTill is a soil amendment product made from a unique slate found in North Carolina that is heated to 2000º F, which causes it to expand. With one application, you can improve drainage and aeration of your compacted soil. Also, used to help prevent voles in planting bed areas. The expanded slate particles are also strong enough to use in structural soil applications.

PermaTill can store moisture in the micropores. Rots need Oxygen and roots follow air & water.Roots choose water and stay with air.

Will reduce watering by 50% with following season.

Deeper the LAWN is more drought proof.

You can never have too much PermaTill.

Voles & Moles do not like PermaTill.

Air & Till in Clay directly.

COVERAGE: 1 cubic yard covers approx. 100 sq ft (10' x 10' x 3')

WEIGHT: approx. 1,500 lbs. per cubic yard.
